I had a water loss a little more than a year ago. I worked with a restoration company along with my insurance company. There were delays, specifically with the payments with the insurance company and then the wood that I picked out being on backorder. I just reminded myself that “good things come to those who wait”. That is exactly what I received. Even though I took more PTO than expected (I have a cat that I needed to tend to in my bedroom - aka, scaredy-cat), I certainly didn’t want the work that these professionals did to be rushed. Tony, Radu and Vadim certainly take pride in what they do. It certainly shows with the final product.

Radu and Vadim did fantastic work restoring part of our bathroom after a leak & some mold remediation work. They were fast, kind, respectful and the work was well done. We'd gladly hire them again.

Had such a pleasant experience working with Radu and Vadim. After a water leak, I needed walls and floors replaced and they did an amazing job. They were friendly and easy to talk to, with great attention to detail. I appreciate how they kept the dust to a minimum while working.

Radu and Vadim just finished renovating my downstairs bedroom, office and bathroom, and they did a fantastic job! They advised me on flooring, tile and bathroom features, and then expertly completed the work. They were here when they said they’d be here, and they worked diligently to complete the project. They were both very professional, articulate and communicative, and clearly have a lot of experience. When minor disagreements came up, they were always polite and supportive, and interested in my satisfaction with their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Radu and Vadim for any residential renovation, no matter how big or small the job is!

We had a really great experience working with Radu and Vadim when they remodeled our entire townhome. We had water damage that caused us to have walls and floors ripped out. It affected our entire home and they came in and literally rebuilt and remodeled from the studs. They did an absolutely amazing job. When we met Radu he said that the place will look better than before, and boy was he right. We were so happy. I will definitely work with them again. I wish I had more before photos, but you can see that they really did everything from the studs up!

Best NW Construction remodeled our bathroom after we had had sustained some water damage. They did such an amazing job!! They were professional and helpful throughout the process, assisting us with material selection and options. The final product was a major upgrade from where we started. Would hire them again for other projects without question!

Radu and Vadim replaced the Hardie Plank siding and corrected the earthquake straps on foundation that had caused warping. Stripped the back of the house and replaced all siding, framed the windows back in and painted to match. Radu and Vadim are both true craftsmen. Every detail was perfect on new install and even rerouted dryer vent to make the siding and patio more streamlined and clean. You won't be disappointed. Inside or out they can get it done right.

Vadim and Radu did amazing work on my home. Unfortunately had to replace my floors after water damage. Fortunately, I got beautiful new floors. Their skills are unparalleled. They installed hardwood floors, tile in the bathroom, 2 new vanities, drywall in a few areas, a few other odds and end jobs that helped my house look more polished. Would happily call them again for future work!

Best NW Construction truly lives up to their name. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, punctual, and transparent. They completed our home improvement project on time and paid great attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone in the area looking for reliable contractors.

Best NW Construction did three large projects for us. The first was repairing the basement after a water heater burst: this involved water mitigation, replacing flooring, drywall, painting etc. The other two were home remodeling. This is where their work really shone. They did a complete basement remodel, including installing heated floors, moving a wall, and a complete bathroom remodel. They did two projects upstairs: a complete remodel including merging three rooms to create a large master suite, adding a walk in closet and en suite bathroom, and renovated the kitchen, turned the entire back wall into bifold doors, replaced flooring, leveled the floor, replaced cabinets and counters. Here were the aspects of working with them that were really great: 1.) They took a real professional pride in their work: every mitered corner perfect, every joint, seam, edge perfect; painting was perfect: every edge straight, every surface flat and even. 2.)They were very smart: they made intelligent choices - as a home owner who does not have experience with building, I could not specify every aspect of the project, so there were infinitesimal decisions I didn't think of, couldn't think of, and they made the right choices about when to ask for clarification, when to just make the decision themselves. 3.) They were solicitous of my ideas and mostly made them work, but still saved me from some of my more “creative” thinking, based on their experience working with different materials, on different projects (for example, at one point I was thinking of a dark purple marmoleum floor, which would have been costly and would not solve the problem of obscuring a large bump in the subfloor; I was set on an end grain butcher block kitchen countertop, which was likely to absorb water around the sink and warp significantly.) 4.) They accurately estimated the time a job would take to complete and completed the job on time in budget. There were no surprise delays or increased costs. If something was going to cost more than expected this was made clear before doing the work; they were transparent about when the work would be scheduled and how long it would take to complete. On top of all this, they were nice - just really excellent people, aside from their professional skills. The end result is a beautiful house, not a single regret.

Radu and Vadim were very nice guys who were very responsive to all our concerns. They were clear about expectations as to time and management. We were scheduled as soon as possible and they were considerate to our house. They did a great job and stayed until the job was finished. We recommended them to others who were equally pleased with their performance. We recommend them for people looking for help getting jobs done.

My experience was nothing short of a literal Christmas miracle - I’m so impressed and ecstatic over the work they did that I’m writing this review on Christmas Eve, after they’ve JUST left. A month ago a water leak left me needing to reconstruct the almost entire bottom floor of my house (family room, laundry room, bathroom, and a bedroom). Once mitigation & insurance gave the go ahead, these guys came in and took care of everything! Walls, baseboards, floors, vanity … reinstalled toilet, sinks, washer/dryer. They were easy to work with, polite, kind, and quiet - even for construction - all during the holiday season. Even my chihuahua liked them (and they put up with him). Upon leaving, they cleaned, vacuumed & put everything where it needs to be. I cried happy tears when they left because I’m so impressed! Please hire them for whatever you need done!

If you are looking for great communication, follow-through, and precision work from a general contractor, these are your guys. They installed an island range hood in our kitchen, which involved opening up the ceiling to build in some new framing to hang it from and to run new ducting outside. They did the work they promised (and more) for the agreed-upon price. When assessing the project, Radu suggested as long as they would be re-painting the entire ceiling, they might as well update all of our ceiling lights as well. We couldn't be happier with our "like new" kitchen/family room ceiling and lighting, on top of the beautiful job they did hanging the hood, exactly centered over the range. They even relocated a couple of the lights to places that made more sense than where the original builder had placed them, something we never would have thought of ourselves. I also can't say enough about how well they respected our home while they were working here, keeping everything clean as they went along and then picking/cleaning up thoroughly at the end of the day. I felt like they treated our home like it was their own. I highly recommend Best NW Construction LLC for any of your construction/remodeling projects!

After a major water leak required a major kitchen renovation, Radu and Vadim did a great job with everything. From planning and demolition to installation and finishing touches, the process ran smoothly and the end results are spectacular.
